SP-10 Shower Mixing Valve

- Main Features: Ligature resistant design – The handle has a tapered groove design that allows a tie to slip off. The base of the handle is recessed to prevent capture of a line behind it. The valve’s non-rising stem means that no gap is created when the handle is turned.

- Valve: All-brass body with Noryl bonnet
- Escutcheon Plates: Stainless
- Handle: Cast aluminum
- Finish: The handle is treated with an epoxy based primer, one coat of surfacer, a finish coat of baked-on smooth polyurethane, and a finish coat of baked-on textured polyurethane. Plates have a polished stainless steel finish.
- Operation:Valve is pressure balancing anti-scald with adjustable temperature limit stop, meets ASSE 1016 and ANSI A112.18.1M. Rotate handle clockwise to the desired temperature, and counterclockwise to shut the valve off.
- Installation: Inlets are 1/2" female copper sweat via included spring check stops. Outlets are 1/2" NPTF. Can be installed back to back. Click here for instructions.
No set screws! The handle is broached to positively engage the splines of the valve stem and is guaranteed to never slip.
